Frequently Asked Questions
The “Who Wants to Be an Agripreneur?” competition is a nationwide initiative aimed at promoting agripreneurship and digitalization among Cameroonian youth.
It involves schools, universities, and individuals competing in various activities, including project presentations, quizzes, and cultural performances, with the goal of developing innovative agricultural projects.
Winning projects receive mini-grants, technical assistance, coaching, hands-on training, and market linkage opportunities. These resources help participants successfully implement and scale their innovative ideas.
If you’re interested in volunteering or sponsoring the competition, please contact us through our website or email. We welcome support from individuals and organizations passionate about youth empowerment, agriculture, and digitalization.
The competition is open to secondary and high schools, universities, and professional institutions across Cameroon. Individual entrepreneurs with innovative green circular economy projects are also eligible to participate.
Schools can register by filling out an application form online or through our physical offices. A letter of endorsement from the school administration is required, and there is a registration fee that varies depending on the school’s population size.
Winners are determined based on a combination of factors, including project presentations, quizzes, online voting, cultural performances, and other activities. Public voting accounts for 40% of the final score, making community engagement a key component of the competition.
